She is so patient in updating and communicating with us.
The loan process to way to long. The documents that were requested made no sense, example the documentation on a HELOC from another property that I own. Nothing changed since the last time I refinanced my home at it didn’t take long at all last time. I Was refinancing a loan that PennyMac had so you would think PennyMac would have all they need.
Lack of response from loan specialist and loan officer. Incorrect figures on closing doc, not updated before scheduled closing date. Loan officer purchasing points without my knowledge. No guidance on next mortgage payment date, no knowledge from the team that the portal will still reflect old loan details. Still unknown when the next payment is due. Horrible service from the Pennymac team.
