The process was pretty straight forward and I was able to do everything online. The loan officers were there to assist with any issues. The only issue I really had, was getting the final details after the appraisal, but once I realized it was all uploaded in the loan portal, I was able to review everything.

Charles was really great to work with. He checked in and followed up with me often and made the entire process frustration-free. Everyone on the mac team did a fantastic job, I was very happy with my refi.
Charles Wood was GREAT! However when other got involved in the calls it became mor confusing and more stressful because it felt like communication break down on PennyMacs end. Finally closed thank you. I hope no one else has to go though what what we did. The decision to do this is already hard enough and should be more smooth with professionals handling the documents. 😏
The entire process was easy from start to end. I appreciate all the representatives' help and advice.
