Communication was non existent.
The speed of the process was what I liked the most.
The process could not have been simpler. I called and spoke with a loan officer, and he would put documentation in the portal. He would notify me when/what needed to be done in the portal. Then when the processing was complete, a mobile notary was sent to my house for the closing.
Our loan process with PennyMac was quick and straightforward. Every step was explained and questions answered. We were always able to reach our loan representative, Linda Horne, who went above and beyond to help us (we were out of town at time of settlement). We highly recommend PennyMac!!
We are very pleased with the customer service of Penny Mac employees. Everyone has been pleasant to speak with and very accommodating. This was the main reason we chose to refinance our original loan with you.
