Communication was non existent.
I wasn’t exactly explained in details on my equity and how it works. I was negative in equity. Also, I was told I was getting some money back. Had to reschedule, then I was told I wasn’t getting money back. I wasn’t told about how my insurance works with my new loan. I’m still negative in equity

MY TAXES ARE OVERDUE AND NO ONE HAS CALL ME BACK IN OVER A WEEK AFTER I CALLED TO REPORT THE PROBLEM.

The speed of the process was what I liked the most.
Tatyanna did an awesome job as did the whole mac team. The loan closed in less than 2 weeks and that was great. I have even referred my fiance and she is currently refinancing her home with Pennymac.
The very first lady I dealt with was very unpleasant and told me things that later turned out to be false. I spoke with someone about her but most likely it went nowhere.
The process could not have been simpler. I called and spoke with a loan officer, and he would put documentation in the portal. He would notify me when/what needed to be done in the portal. Then when the processing was complete, a mobile notary was sent to my house for the closing.
