The PennyMac personnel, top to bottom, always got back to me promptly, even though I might not have responded to THEM as quickly. [My slow responses can be attributed to the fact that I was sometimes confused as to which forms had already been completed and which had not.]
Very pleasant experience Edna was great
Edna was absolutely wonderful. I had several unexpected family emergencies and a death the week we had planned to close. I called Edna and she was so sweet, caring and reassuring that everything was fine and we could reschedule for the next week. On top of that she showed genuine concern for my family. Her kindness during a very difficult time made me feel so much better.
While going through the process of a VA refinance, my husband passed away. The process had to change but I got through it with the help of wonderful people at Pennymac.
All the representatives that I spoke with, including Ms. Gazdjian, were very helpful and were able to assist me with all issues and document requests presented to me. Also, the online portal made document submission extremely easy and convenient!
Anna Eng was awesome she exceeded my expectations. My closing date was moved up a week and I had to stay in a hotel. It was a unexpected cost but Anna got me extra funds to compensate. Anna informed me every step of the way in regards to all the documentation. If I couldn't reach Anna rather than leave a voice mail Pennt Mac provided a team for me to correspond with. I love Penny Mac, Anna Eng and the Penny Mac Team! A+++
