The document request process is very frustrating. Never ends.

actual work..... i was being asked for proof of payments for payments made to pennymac....internal information if it is just a refi.

Overall loan process was quick and easy and went thru faster then I initially thought.
the underwriters requests for employment and income documentation seemed over the top. they never seemed to be satisfied. this was a refi of a Pennymac mortgage I have been paying for 12 years without fail and I have over 50% equity in the property but none of that seemed to matter.
It took forever and lots of issues with loan.
I would like to retain my future loan processor,
