Great job team!
Having the opportunity to chose my own title company in Texas. The closing was a disaster, the notary was rude and unpleasant (and late), and the title company was not in Texas and did not seem to understand which documents were needed. Title work was already in process before I was approved, therefore, I was unable to stop/move that process to my local title company relationship. The refinance with PennyMac this time around was a bit stressful due to a combination of factors including requesting documents over again even after it had been sent etc. Other than that, every other thing went well
Super quick and easy process. Completed 3 weeks ahead of deadline. So glad this is my mortgage company!
The lack of communication from the "Team Members" was not what we had expected. There was not clear and direct messaging from PennyMac after the initial call to set up refinance. It would have been nice to have had one team member handling the entire process. Many times it was not easy to reach an individual to get questions answered. Documents that were sent were not uploaded timely and therefore were requested again. Well it really wasn't Nancy's fault. Toya was the one assigned to me but I guess she got tired of me and Nancy took over. Nancy helped me and did everything could to process everything. I appreciate all the help.
Chantel was always calling and keeping me up to date on the entire process. She was very easy to communicate with and pleasant on the phone. Anything that was occurring she was right on it. I recommend her for a Raise and Promotion. She was awesome to work with.
