Other than process took way longer than expected..but overall
Very disappointed by the handling of our insurance funds during closing and the months following- this is standard procedure. How did the ball get dropped? Unacceptable!
I haven't refinanced with any institution in several years or longer, and didn't know what to expect, but it was all done very seamlessly.
