The whole experience was clearly laid out, and actually exceeded my expectations. ( No "bumps in the road. ")
The start of the process went very smoothly and I returned all my paperwork within a couple days with the exception of a title issue relating to a home equity loan that was paid off 5 years prior. After all the paperwork was submitted everything just stalled for about 30-45 days and then a flurry of activity at the end. Seems like it could all get done in less than 30 days if you are able to eliminate the wait period.
