The whole process was very streamlined. Communication was great it was overall a very stress free experience. Very happy with PennyMac overall!
Pleasant experience
Maxwell was awesome. He made the process very easy. He and PennyMac conducted my refi the way that I like: He told me what was going to happen, and then that's exactly what happened. And, it was super fast. Very excellent all the way around.
There was no confusion. And I was assured as told what would transpire during the process. Great service
I am not the most sophisticated person when it comes to uploading documents everyone I worked with were so patient and professional!!! Because of them they made what could have been a very painful experience quite easy!!!

I've worked for a few banks and started with mortgages. Andrew is knowledgable and able to communicate extremely well. I knew exactly where we were at and what I needed to do through the entire process and it was effortless.
Communication! The entire PennyMac team was confused and unproductive. If it were not for the supervisors, we would have canceled the loan and gone else where. We were asked for documents that PennyMac already had and then asked for documents not needed. When we asked questions or guidance on the things PennyMac asked for we would sometimes not get a response until we asked to speak to a supervisor.
