You never removed previous owner from title, there was a lot of delay because of this. This was not the fault of Anfernee Lee. This was a Penny Mac failure during the original purchase.

I called the phone number on a question about the disbursement for this this loan three times and never heard back. Sent email to Mr. Maxwell about making my March payment haven't heard from him. I have gotten no less than eight to ten letters about loan life insurance
