Fast process, Accurate Communication on documents required by Underwriting and a smooth closing. Great experience all around.
Communication. I feel I spoke to too many different people. I recieved no help with the documents and the portal. I had to request assistance more than once. It would have been better to have had one point person to answer my questions and request documents. It would have neen nice to have had my phone calls and emails answered in a timly fashion. On line portal was very difficult to manuver. I know we are all on line but I had no one to help me without calling and calling.
The PennyMac personnel & Jessuca Wheeler were superior in every way ! They made the entire process simple & pleasant.
