Great experience
My loan office was by my side throughout the entire process. She was very quick to answer any questions along the way. She called a couple of times just to make sure I was still good and didn't have any questions or concerns. This makes the process less intimidating. 5 stars.
The experience went great and I'm very happy that my payments were able to be lowered and my interest is better..
Better communications and expectations setting. I had to keep calling back to find out when closing would be and received different answers every time i call about how much i would need to bring to closing as well as if it had to be a certified check or not. I would never use Penny Mac for another loan, only used them this time as I thought since we were a current customer the experience would be easier, but this was not the case.
I refinanced with them when i already had a loan with them and they explained how i could lower my payments and still pay my mortgage off faster than before
