It is ridiculous that it takes 20 minute to get ahold of a real person. The automated voice program is terrible. Pennymac, do better. After speaking with a customer service rep, I was told to call a different number and the promptly hung up on. I do not recommend Pennymac to anyone if they can avoid it.
I'm thankful for Faiza. She was not only very responsive, more than anything she was proactive and expedient in helping me through the mortgage process.
