It's good overall
The payoff on old loan was about $3000+/- less than new loan amount. Thought there was minimal closing costs, knew i had requested buy down on interest rate, but new loan amount was the $3000+/- with no good answer from anyone.
When dealing with people in person the experience is much better. Sometimes instructions on email get confusing. But it’s nice to have someone to call to ask
