Norma called me at least once a week to make sure everything was on track and good to go for the closing date. The rest of the process was relatively easy and I felt as though I didnt have to do much.

Katherine was extremely helpful from the initial call until the closing. Katherine, walked me through the process, provided detailed information, with accurate cost and assessments. Katherine provided me with answers to my questions and concerns, and I was able to close this loan such minimal effort. They even came to my home to close. Great Job Katherine and PennyMac Team!

I didn't want to have an escrow account, and he did not tell me that I had the option to opt out of having an escrow account when I refinanced. I have an engineering degree, but yet, the conversations on the numbers were very confusing to me the way they were presented. I feel that was done on purpose, to skew the information.

Our PennyMac experience was great. We have never had any issues with PennyMac servicing our loan and would highly recommend them. This re-fi was the smoothest that we have ever done. We're very satisfied.
The only problem was that the credit reporting agency mistakenly reported a lien by the company holding the small loan for 5 thermal replacement windows. The loan company was contacted. They said there was no lien and provided a letter so stating to the title company. Problem solved.
No issues and a great business experience. The closing process was non eventful and no surprises. In comparison to other mortgage companies, PennyMac has ranked at the top!
