Better communication between all of the parties that were helping with the loan. There were some confusion it seems and one person saying one thing, yet the other person was unaware of the conversation or agreement. We were told to pay or mortgage for the previous loan, which we were told we would receive that money back. We did not receive the money back and our loan was paid in full 3 days after paying the mortgage payment.

Very easy and smooth process.
Paulette was amazing. There were miscommunication on some things during the closing but it wasn’t on her it was dealing with other things and things we had to figure out with a beyond housing loan.
Near the end of the process I felt I was put in put in a position to initiate communication between title company and PennyMac concerning documents that were needed. I understand the loan officers have a lot of different cases and Liam probably did a great job of handling his workload.
When we had question, the pennymac team answered quickly.. After all said and done it was easier than we expected.
