The website functioning properly to upload all the documents I submitted, the first time. Fewer people working on the loan - there was a lot of passing the process on to someone else in a different department and then having to submit the same documents again to a different person. The title company got my cosigner's name wrong and kept it wrong despite many times being corrected. No one explained clearly from the beginning how to accomplish a closing with two signers who live in different states until I finally called ... read more
