Lamara could not answer my question confidently and did not offer to figure it out and then get back to me.
The members of the Penny Mac team have serious deficits in knowledge, paired with the automated system that seemed to send out requests for documents two days after being provided, I was left unsure of whether they had been received or not or whether I actually needed to provide them. In a situation that is already tense it really added to the frustration. Ms Ivy was amazing. Keep up the excellent work and wonderful personality. Extremely communicative despite the 3 hr time zone which was amazing. Thank you thank you again. Mr Edgard and Kim Martinez.
