Barry did an awesome job!
I gained full confidence in Barry from the very 1st conversation we had. I told him what I expected, and Barry told me how the process would meet my goals.
Repeated communications over the same solved scenarios were very frustrating. Barry was ALWAYS polite and professional but I was forced to deal with née departments directly that were not upto speed and Barry had to REPEATEDLY call and correct those departments. Everyone I called I got a new pertain who I had to retell long scenarios to as they were not reading the notes in my file. Too many people working on one project was not helpful on this case. Barry was great with explaining what was needed and walking me through the closing process. He didn’t call me unless necessary and kept the conversation to the point and personable.
Grace Sparks was always available whenever I called to ask a question or communicate any concern. I could feel that she did everything in her power to keep us informed and close on time. I am very satisfied with her assistance. Thank you, Grace !
I was extremely busy while trying to navigate the refinance and Grace had to call multiple times to get a hold of me about the same documents but just kept trying and didn't seem frustrated. I felt like she and her team were doing their job and working to help me instead of with expectations of just closing a deal and moving on to the next.
When I uploaded a document, EDNA did not know about the uploaded document. Once I figured this out, I called EDNA each time I uploaded a document. She then had to update some parameters on her side before the correct teams were notified that the document was uploaded. The online process needs a lot of work. If I had not stayed on top of my own document uploads the closing would not have occurred on time.
Easy to follow instructions. Nancy O was amazing to deal with and always quick to respond.
Was very pleased with the weekly communication Ammie provided and also answered all my questions. She was available anytime I called but the process took a long time
