David and Andy were great to work with.
I was extremely busy while trying to navigate the refinance and Grace had to call multiple times to get a hold of me about the same documents but just kept trying and didn't seem frustrated. I felt like she and her team were doing their job and working to help me instead of with expectations of just closing a deal and moving on to the next.
Peter and Ruben was amazing to work with. The closing was done in less time than I expected.
Brianna Koke was very professional and easy to work with. She kept me informed of the process and quickly responded to all my concerns.
Easy to follow instructions. Nancy O was amazing to deal with and always quick to respond.
It was easy working with Anna. Her demeanor and communications were very helpful.
Anna was awesome! I had anxiety throughout the process and she was always responsive, informative, patient and always pleasant.
I already expressed my disappointment in the last survey I completed, so refer to that. Anna was horrible, and I won’t be recommending PennyMac to anyone. The only reason I went with PM and not the builder’s preferred lender is because of my previous loan experience with this company, and Nathan Reidel stayed in touch with me.
All I can say Ms. Ammie Mack is the BEST !!!!
