Not sure we ever spoke to Jacob. Send the same documents several times. When everything is under a time constraint, it made the process very stressful.
Fidencio was really great. I did receive a couple of emails communication requesting documents outside of the portal , which I thought strange. I contacted Fidencio, he setup the portal.
Better communication. Explain exactly they wanted from us.
Danielle seems to be very informative and didn't hesitate to help me when I had questions.

Staff were patient, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. I have already referred a friend that is now working with y'all.
One issue was that I had trouble throughout the process using the online portal. After I had begun the process, an unrelated PennyMac representative contacted me and we began the process a second time before eventually figuring out that there were two applications. This created some confusion that was wholly unnecessary and avoidable.
