Hilda was great
Once Laci got involved. She as able to resolve the subordination issue. She remained in constant throughout the resolution process in order for the loan to proceed to closing.
From start to finish the process was easy. Any and all questions that I had were answered in a timely manner. Great costumer experience all around.
