Lauren was awesome! We had some issues with the closing documents though. At the very beginning I was dissed to be put first on the loan to avoid the VA Funding fee, but that didn’t happen until right at the end when everything had to be re-done. However, Lauren worked very hard for us and was very helpful through the issues we had.
Anita was by far the most pleasant person I have talked to in regards with helping me understand the loan process. She made me feel comfortable and explained things in a way I could understand them. I usually have a hard time with this kind of stuff. Thank you Anita for being patient.
