Communication. Mailing out monthly statements more than a week before the payment is due. Just received my statement 4 days before due date. Some of us like to pay bills on time or earlier. DJ Squillini

Jesika was always very prompt with communications and did a fantastic job for us.
Response time was very long and the communication was poor. Also had several documents in the portal that weren't processed delaying everything .
Shay was great. The uploading software was awful. Shay saved the entire process despite the tools being used.
DeAngelo did an good job.
