Better communication
I'm not one that enjoys refinancing my house but this experience changed my perspective. Everyone involved start to finish was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The process was super easy and quick. The M.A.C. Team app made downloading documents a breeze. I have and will recommend PennyMac and there team to anyone.
