Everyone has been so professional, friendly and knowledgeable the service was phenomenal. I was in HR for 20 year with Kaiser Permanente and customer Service was my specialty. Awesome job to the Loan team.

PennyMac Loan officers and processors are the absolute worse. Communication is non-existent. No one responds to emails or returns phone calls. I had to call the main line in order to check the status of my application. They won't even respond to my agent. How is this acceptable? I wish I had the option of going with another lender. Unfortunately, with an assumable mortgage, I'm stuck with the them and the two people assigned to my case.
