Being able to complete the documents electronically and having the closing at home made the process very convenient.
All though the system is less than perfect (e.g. system generated document request and application quirkiness) the people are amazing - Kayla and Jordan specifically! Both Kayla and Jordan were incredibly helpful, very responsive, and always insightful. I want to give Kayla a special thank you for her prompt and informed response to my countless emails! Thank you Kayla!
