When you call to talk to your two agents and the people on the phone say they can handle it And they really don’t know what they’re talking about that’s the only thing I had problems with
My rep, Tyra, was excellent. She was always polite and personable and always followed through on her promises in terms of providing information and getting back to me in a timely fashion. I never got the impression she was reading off of a script, just a real person having real conversations. A huge plus for the organization. Thank You Tyra!
