I wrote a review earlier today about my recent experiences with PennyMac and tried to ammend it but wasnt able to so im writing another. My earlier review was not a good one but PennyMacdid try to make it righ. Someone contacted me from PennyMac this evening because of my bad review and she was able to resolve my issue. I wish it didn't take me having to leave a bad review just to get some decent customer service but she explained that their customer service reps aren't able to approve fee removals.
