Our refinance was a quick, smooth process with the help of our financial advisors and the great team at PennyMac.

Great communication throughout the process
The refinance seemed to be a bit steamlined because I was a current customer of PennyMac but the calculating of payoffs, escrow funding/impounds, and how existing loans were paid off was not ideal not time efficient and caused several thousands of my funds to be delayed waiting for refunds from creditors that were overpaid and from Pennymac because impounds were inflated. Other than that it has been a fair experience.
Drew McCafferty did a Great Job with answering all my questions. And keeping me posted on my Loan application.
