From the beginning to the end of my process I was very much informed and all my questions were answered in a timely matter.
Very timely, organized and friendly service.
It was like pulling teeth to speak to someone who was knowledgeable. I kept getting emails to take action, saw nothing online or the site was down for over a week, then when I called and waited forever to speak to someone, they'd tell me no action is needed. I only heard from Nayely twice and that's after I complained to a manager, after asking to speak with a manager several times.
