I had to do the process twice because the first time pennymac team didnt communicate properly amongst it's self and ended up putting me a difficult financial situation, and we missed out on the discounts being offered by pennymac because of this. The second time we attempted the refi process Cynthia and Justin made sure to be on top of every step and ensured a much smoother process.
