The overall refinance process went very smooth and everybody at PENNYMAC was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home.
Jasmine Flowers and her BOSS, Corey knew that the PennyMac sent to the title company to refinance our home loan was INSUFFICIENT and never contacted us to notify us of the situation. Her and har boss's actions put at risk loan refinance process!!
