Staff stayed in constant communication and continued to give updates on the status of the process.
Destini was very polite and answered all of my questions.
There were too many people involved, and no one knew what the other ones were doing or had done. There were repeated requests for the same documents which had already been sent, and the next steps were not clearly stated. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and assured me that they had taken care of everything, which turned out to not be the case. This was admittedly very annoying, however the end result was satisfactory.

Clear communication between all parties including title company who did a terrible job. Questions answered. No one could answer my questions. I did not get my closing documents until the Notary came to do the signing. She did a “point and sign” closing and said it was not her job to explain what we were signing. The title company didn’t have my name correct. And when they redid the paperwork it still was not correct.
I have been using PennyMac on several occasions, and as of late I have not encountered any issues. Most definitely use PennyMac services in the future. JORGE ROQUES

Hilda and DeeDee stepped in to assist after I was left with n the dark by my loan officer and his supervisor. These 2 ladies did great and I felt they really wanted to help me. The other 2 fellas didn’t care, I felt like I was a bother to them.
From start to finish everything went as expected. Very happy with my experience.
