Maybe due to short staff but sometimes difficult to get a clear idea of what was going on.
The customer portal needs some work with regards to loading documents that are not specifically associated with a task, but Paul was great! He was always quick to answer any questions I had and got back to me the same day if he was unavailable when I called.

At the beginning, the process was very rough. I had difficulty reaching people from the team to answer my questions efficiently. Annie stepped in and everything changed for the better. She is an excellent communicator, and helped get the refinance to the finish line.
