Communication is key to any relationship. The communication was great with everyone involved in our closing. We are thankful for that. It made the experience a lot easier.
The process with refinancing with PennyMac was great. I had 3 other lenders doing the same process at the same time to compare rates. Although some lenders tried to compare their rates with PennyMac, PennyMac had the better rate from the very start and didn’t try to “play me”, unlike one of the lenders. I’m a numbers guy and don’t like to play games, PennyMac was all business. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service that came with the competitive rates.
