It was difficult to get ahold of anyone. No one personally reached out to me one single time during the process. I have done several refinances with other companies and this did not come close to the same level of service as the others. As far as the timeline and the automated portions everything was fine.

Jamie was great. The other 2 people I dealt with, not so much. All in all, it finally closed and we are in our new home
