Ms. Cole did a great job guiding me through the loan process and patiently listening to and answering my questions.
Destini was very polite and answered all of my questions.
There were too many people involved, and no one knew what the other ones were doing or had done. There were repeated requests for the same documents which had already been sent, and the next steps were not clearly stated. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and assured me that they had taken care of everything, which turned out to not be the case. This was admittedly very annoying, however the end result was satisfactory.
Grace was very helpful with the closing process.
Tyra was very good, it was there reviewing committee that kept asking for the same thing over & over again! They were a real pain!!
Tyra communicated weekly with me to let me know what the next steps were and worked her best to work with my dad and my schedules.
the agents need to explain who they are in relation to the other members of the team, and why do I need him when I was working with a guy named david kennedy, there seemed to be only confusion between the two, not difference, peter would never call me back, he had one script and did not provide the appropriate info, the customer needs to be able to call them and they answer the phone rather than leaving messaged only to miss their call, the whole process was a foggy mess and I hated it, I'm still waiting for a call back from... read more
Everything went as was explained. Questions were answered as I ask them. Nancy and the rest of the team acted as if they were my employees.
Hilda and DeeDee stepped in to assist after I was left with n the dark by my loan officer and his supervisor. These 2 ladies did great and I felt they really wanted to help me. The other 2 fellas didn’t care, I felt like I was a bother to them.
