Clear communication between all parties including title company who did a terrible job. Questions answered. No one could answer my questions. I did not get my closing documents until the Notary came to do the signing. She did a “point and sign” closing and said it was not her job to explain what we were signing. The title company didn’t have my name correct. And when they redid the paperwork it still was not correct.

Mark Fitzpatrick and everyone with Pennymac was wonderful other than Erica Sanchez. I spoke with Erica three times and she was rude every single time, and the last time I dealt with Erica right before closing, she was so rude and unprofessional that I came very close to canceling my refinance and going with Academy Mortgage instead, but after repeatedly teeing Erica I wanted to speak with her supervisor, her supervisor took over and that's the only reason I didn't cancel.
