Asking for specific documents
Not great communication. I heard nothing nothing nothing … then I was told to upload a document pronto. I didn’t like having multiple people to talk to. I liked Jakoby from my first encounter and I would reach out to him With questions b/c I didn’t know who else t ask.
Process was timely. All my questions answered, very smooth loan experience.
Jennifer was great. There were communication issue with other individuals along the way.
Briana was extremely prompt and professional. She worked around my busy schedule and kept me up to date via email and phone. Even with a small speed bump she was right on top of it! Phenomenal customer service!
Anita made it great! She was extremely thorough and we enjoyed the entire process
