I had several challenges with the loan process. Tynisha was always professional and tried to help. This was a cash out refinance. Early on in the process I was told we could not keep our existing HELOC, so I agreed to close it, and asked if I should close it right away. I was told closing it would slow down the process. This ended up taking an extra 1-1/2 months to close. What was unpleasant was weekly phone calls that everything was moving along fine when it wasn't.
