Edna called me weekly to keep me informed of the status of my application. This was very helpful as opposed to sitting and not knowing where things were.
Personal need to talk to each other, so their on the same page. So I wouldn't have to do request twelve times. Also the dates as to when closeing and checks were done. Some personal were great in their help.
Ammie was the worst! I had to call in multiple times to get my own answers and help with closing since no direct line to reach her via call or email. Nick Schmidt and Ricardo Herrera were the ones who assisted me from start to the end, not Ammie. She did not do her job at all! And the PennyMac dashboard is USELESS, slow and wrong closing documents, not user friendly either. But I want to sincerely thank Ricardo (Richard) for helping me thru closing and all my questions and issues I had.
Personalization
The expectation that was initially set by Anita was extremely false and inaccurate which caused me more of an inconvenience financially. Considering that the multiple methods of communication that was used during the entire process (phone calls and emails), to be told each week, multiple times of different closing dates, different/incorrect closing costs, being sent to another loan processor without being properly educated that there would be a change, and just so MANY other incompetent issues that occurred during my experie... read more

Very clear communication, all questions were answered, information very accurate
You requested information that did not pertain to me, "Proof that I do not have a mortgage in forbearance". I do not have any mortgages so how could I have a loan in forbearance and this is something that was clear on my application and more than likely on my credit report. When I call and asked what forbearance was, the person on the other end did not know. I looked it up online. There were a few things just like this that took place.
Caesar and his team were very communicative. They stayed in touch and kept me involved in the process.
