From the first phone call to the closing was two weeks. Outstanding
Pennymac was great! Old Republic, the title agency, had some blips but that would be for a different review.

The whole experience
Sharyl was great. My closing documents were inaccurate missing a lender credit discussed with the originator. This was NOT Sharlys doings. If wouldn’t recommend PennyMac for other practices, not Sharlys. She was amazing. I am still waiting on documentation that was removed from the server from Dominic and I was mislead by Gavin. There are still issues here that need to be resolved. But they have nothing to do with Sharly! She was efficient and prompt, if she couldn’t answer a question she made sure to keep me update... read more

Process was good from start to finish. We had a couple duplicate document requests but Ashton and especially Charles helped us through it all making it a great experience.
