I really appreciate the follow ups kept me informed during the course of the time. Appraisal was arranged and done quickly which gave me a peace of mind to be able to close on time.

Each hand that touch the loan in the process should have communicate better with each other. I was asked and answered the same question by 4 different person. I had to send the 4th person to the 1st person for the answer. That was frustrating.
