Train your representatives to better answer questions, show concern by listening to the customer response and follow-up on their concerns rather than repeating a script, stop requesting documents that were already uploaded, have anyone who send an email actually sign their name for accountability. I had to scream to get myself heard.

My experience with Liem was absolutely horrible. I had to keep going back to the initial loan officer Christopher Ringhofer who was absolutely amazing. He responded quickly and was very helpful, whereas Liem was basically non-responsive. I even called Liem’s supervisor twice and sent him an email for assistance but never heard back. I came to pennymac with all inspections already completed. The process with Liem took so long that the termite and water inspections expired and I had to pay more money to have them done again. ... read more
