It was difficult to get ahold of anyone. No one personally reached out to me one single time during the process. I have done several refinances with other companies and this did not come close to the same level of service as the others. As far as the timeline and the automated portions everything was fine.
Destini was very polite and answered all of my questions.
There were too many people involved, and no one knew what the other ones were doing or had done. There were repeated requests for the same documents which had already been sent, and the next steps were not clearly stated. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and assured me that they had taken care of everything, which turned out to not be the case. This was admittedly very annoying, however the end result was satisfactory.
Waiting for my refund almost 30 days
My loan officer, MS Sonia Lozano, is the person, myself and the company, should give thanks to. MS Lozano, other representatives, and PennyMac as a whole, made this process, without a doubt, everything a company should provide for their customers. Thanks PennyMac..

Jamie was great. The other 2 people I dealt with, not so much. All in all, it finally closed and we are in our new home
