I had several challenges with the loan process. Tynisha was always professional and tried to help. This was a cash out refinance. Early on in the process I was told we could not keep our existing HELOC, so I agreed to close it, and asked if I should close it right away. I was told closing it would slow down the process. This ended up taking an extra 1-1/2 months to close. What was unpleasant was weekly phone calls that everything was moving along fine when it wasn't. The whole process on line was very confusing. Trying to print out documents to sign, then return was hard. The whole PDF process is difficult to understand. Then when there was a question, which one of the many points of contacts do I call or send a message to?!!
