Process was extremely smooth. All were professional and prompt. First time I had a refi transaction go so seamless! Thoroughly impressed!
SO many issues with the refi that there really isn't enough room to include all the details. From my first attempt to refinance getting cancelled without my approval or notification, to getting conflicting information about the need and cost of a second appraisal, to getting less cash back at closing than the last set of disclosures indicated - all of this contributed to an UNPLEASANT experience. It was a great experience because the loan officer was available on a Saturday to fill the refinancing application with me. The portal worked very well. Also when Kelvey took over my loan he speed up the process and helped lot to complete the final steps.
Excellent Customer Service from all involved in my loan processing. I felt I was with a group of officers who were really working on my behalf from the initial contact with Erin Garrison to the closing with Edward Sarkardehi. Thank You again for your excellent service.
