The explanation I was given concerning escrow was not entirely clear to me. It was explained, but not in a way that made certain that I truly understood. In the end I had to to simply trust that it was correct and move on.

This was a super-smooth process that went faster than I expected.
Got the loan refi we needed and a great rate. The fees and charges seemed high but was told that's what we charge. Some of the fees seemed the same but with different names. We felt you already had the loan and was redundant in some fees.
Brianna was great. She worked hard to make sure my loan process went through quick and without flaw!
I have difficulty dealing with the internet. I prefer dealing face to face with people. I am old.
The process was made very easy and everyone was very professional.
