Sharyl was great. My closing documents were inaccurate missing a lender credit discussed with the originator. This was NOT Sharlys doings. If wouldn’t recommend PennyMac for other practices, not Sharlys. She was amazing. I am still waiting on documentation that was removed from the server from Dominic and I was mislead by Gavin. There are still issues here that need to be resolved. But they have nothing to do with Sharly! She was efficient and prompt, if she couldn’t answer a question she made sure to keep me update... read more
Jes did a great Job!
The process went smoothly. I was kept updated when new documents were need and received courtesy calls just to let me know my loan was being worked on. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Overall process couldn't have been any better.
Darcel did a great job but there were some issues with scheduling the closing. Other then that I have no complaints
Marcia did a great job on what was a drawn out process due to the appraiser delay. She did her best to keep me informed and keep this deal alive. Thank you Marcia.
